Welcome to the Red Ridge Farm Weekly Tips and Tricks for June 29, 2022. Today I will share a few tips on pruning tomatoes and answering the question why?

When it comes to pruning tomatoes you need to consider the type of tomato that you are growing, indeterminate or determinate. Each of these are going to be pruned differently just off how they grow. The indeterminate is more like a vine and should be pruned to match its needs and a determinate is more like a bush and should be pruned according to its needs.
